Imaging The World continues to delve into Research studies

In order to contribute to the body of knowledge Imaging the World has continuously conducted IRB approved research studies on Maternal and Child health. In this regard Imaging the World Africa kicked started work on 2 IRB approved studies. One of the studies titled COVID/COPE Study: An Interdisciplinary Empirical Approach to Understanding Unequal Economic and Health Consequences of COVID-19 Measures among Pregnant Women in Uganda, that will assess how the pandemic has affected healthcare access, social and economic wellbeing women in rural communities. The other study is a Quasi experiment that will assess the effect of Obstetric ultrasound on maternal and child outcomes for pregnant women at rural health facilities in Uganda.
